Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

If for any reason you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us at 1-888-326-7890. A representative will check to be sure that the order hasn't shipped, and will request a written cancellation from you. You may send it to us via either email or fax.

If you have already received your order, and need to return it for any reason other than freight damage, please contact us at 1-888-326-7890. A representative will provide a return authorization number, and instruct you to make arrangements with a carrier for the return shipment. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. The product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on, and in the same condition that it was received.

There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all cancelled orders and returned items.

  
 

Cancellation Policy :

Contracts are not subject to cancellation by the Purchaser except with Seller’s prior written agreement and after full payment by Purchaser of Seller’s cancellation charges which shall be equal to all amounts incurred by Seller for materials, labor and overhead in respect of the canceled goods plus reasonable contract profits.


Shipping Damage:

Immediately upon receipt of your safe(s), inspect them carefully for damage. DO NOT sign for the delivery until the safe(s) have been thoroughly inspected. If any damage is discovered, refuse to accept the damaged item. The carrier will notify securallsafes.com, and we will ship a replacement out as soon as possible.
